Hideo Natsume is Founding Partner of Asu Capital Partners (ACP), a Tokyo-based venture capital firm focused on “Japan to Global”. Prior to ACP, he was an investor at East Ventures, a leading venture capital firm based in Japan and Southeast Asia, responsible for the Japanese startup investments as well as overseas fundraising. Hideo holds a dual bachelor’s degree (LLB and BBM) and MPA from Tsinghua University. Hideo was selected to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2025 list in the Finance & Venture Capital category.
